Our lovely girl, our little black cat who traveled halfway around the world and loved her time in New Zealand has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
Her cancer had not gone into remission in spite of three chemo treatments, and had spread to her liver.
Rest in Peace our lovely girl who sneaked across to live with us from the family across the back all those years ago.

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your precious Sooty. We were so hoping the chemo would work and she would go into remission. It wasn't for lack of trying on your part. We are so sorry. We are sure Cal was waiting at the bridge to welcome Sooty in. He had only gone a few months later from Lymphoma.
We are sending you comforting vibes and purrs.
(((HUGS)))
So, so, so sorry for your loss. You and Sooty fought a valiant battle. It has been so sweet to get to know Sooty through you. May God bless you and her in her wonderful spot at the bridge.

Marjorie, I am so sorry to hear this. I feel certain that Sooty is all right now, but I know this must be so difficult for you and Paul. I hope that knowing that Sooty had a wonderful life with you makes you feel a bit better.
Love, (((hugs))), and many purrs from Katie, Franklin, Dobby, and Tasha
I'm so sorry for your loss, Sooty was incredibly loved - Rest in Peace Sooty.
Just found your blog about Sooty and wanted to offer our deepest sympathy. We had two cats with lymphoma Nick and Clarence - both had tumors in their intestines and we tried so hard to help them but they only lasted a few months. May your happy memories of Sooty comfort you.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I know Sooty is across the bridge and running with friends. Purrs and Mom Hugs to you.
Rest in Peace Sooty.
You'll forever live in their hearts.

We haven't met any of you before, but we know plenty of other cats who have fought the evil lymphoma. We are sorry that Sooty lost her battle, but at least she is all healthy now and you will all see her again.
Sending you aree hugs and gentle headbutts.

We are sending much love and many and many purrs to the humans in the house who loved Sooty very and very much. Our momma says that you can spend a hundred years with someone but when they are gone, you wish for just one, more day. Rest well at the Bridge, dear Sooty.
Even though we did not know Sooty, we are so sorry to hear she lost her battle with lymphoma...we are sending comforting headbutts to all of you who are missing her so much...

Oh no Marjorie--I'm so sorry to hear that. Sooty was such a special little girl and lucky to have a family who cared about her so much. At least you know you did everything you could have possibly done for her, and I'm sure wherever she is now she's watching over your family in gratitude.
I'm so very sorry to hear that Sooty lost her struggle against lymphoma. That's what Lesley died from, too. I'm sure Lesley, Babka, Bailey, and Tommy are all at the Rainbow Bridge, eager to gather Sooty in, where she won't have anymore pain. Deepest sympathy, hugs and purrs to you, Paul, Dash, and Dot--

I am so very sorry to belatedly learn the sad news about Sooty.
She was much loved and like many pets, found happiness in the small things in life that really matter. Warm sun on her fur, a full tummy, a kind word, a gentle stroke, a stretch just for the fun of it, a sniff at the flowers, an eye on a chirping bird and most of all, you.
The years may pass, but Sooty's memory will forever be engraved on your hearts.
